A white paper prepared for the U.S. EPA entitled “Evolution of Stormwater Permitting and Program Implementation Approaches: Workshop Report and Recommendations for Program Improvement.” This paper stemmed from a three-day workshop held with a diverse group of stormwater professionals from around the country in Oakland in December 2017. During the workshop, attendees discussed how MS4 programs and permits had changed over time, and how improvements could be made in the future.

Section 3.2.6 of this report suggested there’d be a separate report coming out about a March 2018 workshop that was held on monitoring, tracking, and reporting in the MS4 program. I’d be very interested to read about that. Please contact me with more information at your earliest convenience.
