Welcome to the inaugural issue of the NMSA newsletter!  The purpose of this newsletter is to keep you informed of national news stories related to MS4 programs, as well as items from state programs and events that may interest you.    The format of this publication is to provide a bulleted overview of the item (one or two sentences) followed by a hyperlink that has much more in depth coverage.  It is purposely kept short, the newsletter will be published quarterly.  All issues will be kept on the NMSA website archive.
